   Reversible Two Piece Ensemble

This award winning garment received 2 awards in the Threads Magazine/PACC design challenge. It was made from a reversible jersey wool fabric. One side was trimmed with matching snake skin print, leather strips. The leather was used for the matching purse as well. Because of the reversible nature of both the fabric and the design, the seams were meticulously and invisibly stitched by hand, making the garment perfect on either side. This technique was most likely the reason it won the award for “Best Overall” and it’s stunning look was the reason it received the “Audience Choice” award in the design challenge.
